1. Acceptance

2. Services Description

Content Birchfield provides on-site and office-based reserve verification documentation for hardware wallets stored in physical safes. We produce verification logs and related records. We do not custody assets, hold private keys, execute transactions, or provide investment advice.

3. Appointments and Deposits

Visit dates are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit stated in your quote. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Cancellation terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about safe location, device count, and access requirements. Clients operate their own hardware wallets during verification. Clients are responsible for the security of logs and digital copies after delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Website content, log templates, and formatting systems are owned by Content Birchfield Co., Ltd. Clients receive ownership of their specific log volumes and data recorded therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, Content Birchfield Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or verification services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific visit giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that verification logs will satisfy any particular legal, regulatory, or tax requirement. Acceptance by third parties is outside our control.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Content Birchfield Co., Ltd. against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide, unauthorised safe access arrangements, or misuse of verification logs.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daegu, South Korea.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
