Reserve Log Documentation Package

Overview

Some holders prefer to run offline balance checks themselves but require an independent witness to authenticate the entries. This package covers review of your draft entries, correction of formatting errors, and binding into a numbered reserve verification log registered to your name or trust.

Included

• Review of up to twenty log entries per volume
• Correction notes for missing fields (device serial, date format, witness initials)
• Hardbound log with numbered pages and table of contents
• Verifier signature on the certification page
• One duplicate copy on archival paper

Excluded

• On-site safe visits
• Device repair or firmware updates
• Storage of logs at our office beyond thirty days after collection
