Designed for family offices and small funds that maintain cold storage in one location and need consistent quarterly proof-of-reserve documentation. Each visit compares current seal photographs and balance snapshots against the prior quarter’s entries.
Retainer Includes
- Four on-site visits at three-month intervals
- Append-only pages added to your existing bound log
- Priority scheduling within five business days of your requested week
- Direct phone line to your assigned verifier between visits
Retainer Excludes
- Visits to additional locations beyond the registered address
- Emergency same-day call-outs (available at day rate)
- Device replacement or seed recovery
Retainer agreements run twelve months and renew by written confirmation.
