What Is Included

• Pre-visit questionnaire covering safe type, access rules, and device models
• On-site inventory of each hardware wallet: model, serial, firmware, tamper seal condition
• Offline balance verification using air-gapped equipment we bring to your location
• Photographs of seal integrity and safe interior layout (optional redaction for sensitive areas)
• Bound reserve verification log with witness signature lines
• Encrypted USB containing PDF and CSV exports of log entries
• 30-minute follow-up call to explain entries to counsel or co-signers

What Is Excluded

• Recovery of lost seed phrases or passphrase cracking
• On-chain transaction signing or exchange transfers
• Safe installation, lock repair, or locksmith services
• Legal opinions on tax treatment of holdings

Process

1. Submit an inquiry with your city, safe location type, and number of devices.
2. Receive a scope confirmation and deposit invoice (50% to hold the date).
3. Verifier arrives with Faraday pouches, air-gapped laptop, and printed log templates.
4. Safe is opened under your supervision; each device is checked in sequence.
5. Log is signed on site; digital copies are handed over before departure.
6. Remaining balance invoiced within five business days.

Preparation

Clear a table near the safe with power outlets. Have all hardware wallets present—not just a subset. Inform any co-signers who must witness entries. Allow uninterrupted access to the safe for the quoted duration.
