About Content Birchfield
Registered Business
Content Birchfield Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name under which we operate. We were established in 2019 in Daegu, South Korea, to address a gap we saw repeatedly in estate and custody conversations: families could describe their cold storage in general terms, but lacked dated, witnessed documentation that a solicitor or trustee could rely on.
Origin
Our founding verifier spent six years assisting high-net-worth clients with physical document archiving before encountering cases where hardware wallets sat in home safes with no corresponding paper trail. Trustees asked simple questions—when were balances last confirmed, who witnessed the check, were tamper seals intact—and received only screenshots or verbal assurances. Content Birchfield was formed to produce reserve verification logs that answer those questions in a format counsel already understands.
What We Do
We visit safes, inspect hardware wallets offline, and record findings in bound logs. We do not manage assets, execute trades, or hold private keys. Our work ends with documented evidence you keep.
People
Soo-jin Han — Lead Verifier. Former archive specialist; certified in chain-of-custody documentation. Conducts on-site visits across South Korea.
Dae-won Kim — Log Registrar. Prepares bound volumes, maintains numbering sequences, and handles office witnessing appointments in Daegu.
Yuna Jeong — Client Liaison. Schedules visits, coordinates with trustees, and manages retainer calendars.
Working Approach
We treat every safe as a distinct custody environment. Before a visit we learn how access is controlled—dual keys, biometrics, bank vault hours—and adapt our witness procedures accordingly. We photograph seals only with written permission. We never connect client devices to networked equipment.
Values
Accuracy over speed. Plain language over jargon. Logs that outlive the visit.
Community
We participate in Daegu chamber small-business seminars on record-keeping and speak at family-office roundtables in Seoul on offline custody documentation—not as investment advisers, but as verification practitioners.
Relationship to Clients
Most clients engage us once before a major estate event, then move to quarterly retainers. We maintain no custody of your assets or keys. Logs belong to you from the moment they are signed.
